1.when i get my package.but missing somthing.
If you missing items when you get package.please contact us within 24 hours.we will check for you and will keep this items credit use to your next order or resend to you at your next order or make a refund to your by paypal.

2.when i get my package,but somthing is breach.
We alway check them before send out.maybe will breakdown at shipment somtime..please take photo and send to us.we will check them out for you,if Same as you said.will keep this items credit to use at your next order
or Re-send to your paypal or Credit card.

3.how to work out when i get wrong style.
We alway check out before send them out.if happen. We will Re-send the right style to your next order as Free.

4.If my packages Hold at Custom?
IF your packages can not through Custom more than 30days(because custom can hold packages 15 or 30 days.then will have a decide: send back to us or destroy it.then we will do Refund to your or Re-send to you when we get it back.
